User Responsibility

Users must only upload, import, share, or publish content they have permission to use. This includes fonts, names, brand references, logos, characters, SVGs, DXFs, images, renders, 3D files, and other design assets.

What To Report

You can report content that you believe infringes copyright, trademark, design rights, publicity rights, or another legal right.

How To Send A Takedown Request

Email support@makernames.app and include:

• The URL of the content on MakerNames.
• Your name, contact email, and relationship to the rights owner.
• A description of the copyrighted, trademarked, or protected work.
• Evidence that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the rights owner.
• A clear explanation of why the content should be removed.

Removal And Review

We may remove, restrict, or disable access to content that appears to infringe rights, violate our terms, create legal risk, or harm the service. We may contact the uploader or request more information before or after removal.

Repeat Issues

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing or unsafe content may be limited, suspended, or removed.
